I mailed a DV letter to Unifund over 30 days ago (return receipt, certified) using the form letter from this site) and haven't heard back yet. What do I do next?
it is normal for this to take a while. The law requires that all collection activity stop until they respond to the DV. Some collection agencies just go away.
