I have a bond-for-deed mortgage on my home that is managed by a 3rd party title company, EscroServ. EscroServ deducts my monthly payment and makes the seller's monthly mortgage payment directly to his bank. This is effectively a $165k mortgage that does not appear on my credit report.

You should contact the company, EscroServ or the mortgage company directly and let them know that you would like this positive information reported. You can bet if you were late that they would report it. It should not be a major deal for them to report it for you.

Credit, This is some really good advice good natured has given you. Something like a mortgage payment can really help build up your credit score since it is a loan that last such a long period of time. the mroe it is paid on the better your credit report will look. The mortgage company may actually want to work with the person actually making the payment. A simple phone call could help both the mortgage company and yourself out.
