All of the above mentioned pdl companies are illegal. You owe only the principal. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one. Don’t worry mate, they can’t do anything.
All of these are illegal lenders and thus it would be better for you to file complaints against them to the State's Attorney General and FTC. In addition if you think that they have some of the personal information, it would be better for you to either freeze the bank accounts or close down the same.

If they harass you for payments, then tell that you are going complain against them to your state's attorney general.
