I have payday loans out with Quick Cash (storefront) for $500.00 and one with Great Plains (online lender) for $500 as well I just want to know whether or not Great Plains is a legal lender in the state of MO. Any help you could give regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Great Plains is illegal all over the state of US. You owe them nothing more than principal. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one.
