:( I Recently had A Judgment taken out on me from an old eviction ,(My fault I never responded). They are now taking 25% of my wages , they sent me paper work to fill out and maybe they will lessen the amount. They want me to include my bank account info . I am uncomfortable doing so. The amount went from 2,500 to almost 5,000. I am going to be right back in the same predicament was 6 yrs ago If I have to pay this whole amount off out of my pay check. what can I do????

I think that you should not provide them with your bank account information. Now, the Federal law does not permit more than 25% of your wage to be garnished for payment of debt and this 25% would include all garnishment orders against you. So you need not worry because your entire paycheck can never be garnished.
