Being sued in civil court, CC amount over 11k, even though limit was 7500! I filed my answer to the complaint at the same time i sent a DV letter. Now i received a packet of papers requesting everything and that answering without knowledge is not acceptable. There is no response to the DV letter. I would like to settle, but i want to know if they really own the debt! Which they have not proven. Is there something i can file for lack of standing? How to do i respond to all of these admissions, interrogatories and production of documents? I am bot financially fit to hire an attorney so i need to do this myself...HELP PLEASE!
send a copy of the green card and repeat your request for DV. You can also figure out how much you can settle for and attempt an offer (separate letter)
