Here is the situation.
I have 7 Citibank N.A. deragatory accounts back from 2006 on my credit report from Experian.
They were transferred to NYS Higher Education and Rehabbed so, they are listed as "PAYED CHARGE OFF" with balances, but 0 for payment due.
They were already verified back in April of 2010, when I did an online dispute. They have information in the history the month it was 30- days late, 60 days late, ect...
I have just called up CitiBank N.A. from the number provided on the credit report yesterday, and talked to 2 different customer reps, and both said they had no info on these account other than they were sold in 2007. (They have no info on when they went deragatory, balances ect...)
What is my next step?

Write a 623 letter to the address on your credit report by certified mail with return receipt. if you need more info on that, look in my links or hit me back
