Hello, ANTHONY. With SSDI, Social Security, etc, ..no debt garnishments can be taken from them. The other thing (I believe..) that can be taken is a defaulted Ferderal Student Loan, Child Support,..that kind of thing. You need to have documentation to show the CC company that is all you are receiving. When you do correspondence with them, make sure and do it by 'certified mail' so you have proof of what they state, etc.
