I am trying to pay my student loan back by participating in a loan rehabilitation program that the Dept of Education provides. Vanru collection company is handing my account. Van ru told me to get a Walmart card and to place my payment on the card. WhenI do this , I'm thinking that they are crediting the money to my account. Twice I have had to call them to make sure that they received the payment. This is getting to be shaky. Anyone have any clues?
