Can my retired pay be garnished? Military and private

I had a forclosure and the company with the second is coming after their portion($200K). My only income is from SS, military retirement and from a privte company. Can they garnish the retired pay(military and civilian) and/or my bank account. I have no other sources of income.

FOA, I don't think that they can garnish your SS income. At the same time, they have to obtain a judgment against you before they can garnish your bank account.

Thx...primarily want to know if my retired pay from a civilian company be garnished or drawn from a bank account? I know they can not touch my SS or retired pay.
