I have lived at an apartment for 1 year and the building was sold recently. New owner said I had to fork up credit check fees for all my family, again we have lived there for one year and are good tenants. The previous owner did not ask for a deposit for my dog and now they want $350.00. Is this legal and do I have to do this again. My credit is not good anymore.
