I'M DISABLED AND COLECTING SSDI AND ALSO LONG TERM DISABLITY, AND MY WIFE IS WORKING 2 PART TIME JOBS TO HELP KEEP THINGS GOING IN THE HOUSE. ALSO RAISING ONE OF MY GRANDCHILDREN WHO HAS PROBLEMS. WE HAVE OUR HANDS FULL.
ANY ADVISE HOW TO GET RID OF CREDIT PROBLEMS?

You and your wife can contact with your creditors and explain them about your financial condition. Both of you may try to arrange a better repayment plan with them. If they consider your financial problem, then they may agree to accept your proposal. Otherwise, they may file a lawsuit against your wife because of non-payment of debt. Once the court issues a judgment against her, then the creditors can garnish her wages.
