Hi,
I filed bankrupsty and one of my included credit cards now says the account is hers. When she told them it wasn't hers and asked they send signed documentation they sent them a letter from years ago that I signed when I didn't even know my wife yet. It is listed on her credit as Past Due and i was wondering if anyone knew what I should do about it.
