i currently have my car and been paying on my auto all year long. i have been recently going to the website and paying my loan. this september 2011 was my mature date but i have been paying a balance still and was going to the website and paying but this time i went and logged on and my account says charge off and call customer service. can u help me on what to do before i call them or suggestions?

You should immediately contact with your creditor and inform them about this matter. If they assign this debt to another collection agency, then ask them the name of the collection agency. I hope it will help you to take necessary step regarding this issue.
