I had a creditor seeking a 7500.00 judgement aganst me. Went to court and had a jury trial, jury found in my favor (defendant). the judge dissmisd the case. can creditor persue further legal action?. its on my credit report as over 180 days late. what can I do ?.

Yes, the creditor can again file a lawsuit against you. But I don’t think they will take any legal action against you, since the court dismissed the case before.
