I am getting divorce and the Bank send me a Power of Attorney under my name and my wife name, to put the car title under both names. I am really concern, because when we purchase the car both of us were agree to put the car under my name. All dealers car paperwork are under my name, now the Bank wants to make sign The Power of Attorney. My question is: Do we have the right to put the car title and registration under my name?
