I’m disabled and my only income is SSDI. My wife is doing a part time job in a private firm. I have 3 credit cards which are going to collections. My question is if i’m not able to payoff the debts, can they garnish my wife’s wages?

If you don’t have any joint bank account with your wife, then they can’t garnish your wife’s wages. Moreover they can’t garnish your SSDI as social security income is exempted from garnishment.
