I paid a judgment for an apartment I moved out of though a garnishment. Now the collections company is coming back for more, which was not part of the original judgment and I received no paperwork on it. Is that legal?

No, its not legal. Consult a consumer lawyer and work in accordance to his or her guidance.

I know that SSD cannot be garnished by debt collectors.
I would like to know if a Long Term Disability Ins. that I receive from an former workplace can be garnished ?!
Also I have a small Social Security for old age pension that it is transferred in the same account with my other [mentioned above] income - that is coming from another country. Is this pension at risk? or is it treated as a 'retirement' pension and cannot be touched by debt collectors ?!
All income is coming in my bank account via 'direct deposit'.
I am also 'insolvent' [my liabilities are higher than my assets].

Thank you in advance for your answer.
