About 3 years ago,,,Cavarly colllections put a hold on my checking account for about 1200.00 dollars.
The judgement has been paid more that full on my end but they have not released my money to me...it says it is there till 2099...REALY....so question is how do I get my money back-the bank says they have no control as it was court ordered. So who do I contact in AZ?
Gather all the payment receipts that you have made and consult a consumer lawyer. He'll be able to represent you well in the court regarding this.
