My ex husband got the car in our divorce , however the judgement states "he has a reasonable amount of time" to get refinanced , it's been a year and a half ! He has horrible credit and is being a $#! The.loan is in my name and the car is registered to me!!
I sat at the self help court and got no where ! What can be done for him to follow the court order!?
