| I just had an external deposit for a large sum of money applied to my personal checking account by FIA CSNA what is that about? |

Have you applied for any loans recently? Make sure if some other company is using this aias. Also try calling your bank and get the details of the creditor.

| I'm applying for Medicaid for my husband who has severe dementia so he can go to a nursing home. The Dept. of social services sent me a list of "questionable" transactions from my five years of bank statements I had to submit. there is a direct deposit of $20,000 from FIA CSNA . One would think I would remember that much money being deposited into my checking account! In the same year (2007) we had gotten a home equity loan to remodel our kitchen. Could it have something to do with that? |

| Looking over my bank records for last month and noticed the same FIA CSNA Direct Deposit for $4,000.00. I've had a lot of money coming in and out lately and I really couldn't remember what the $4000 deposit was from. Searched Google and discovered this site. It took me a few minutes, but I finally realized that the deposit it is a credit card balance transfer that I had directly deposited into my account. Phew! |

| My elderly friends husband recently passed away, she recieved her statement with a fia csna deposit into the joint checking account she shared with her husband. She called the bank to ask what this was from and was told that the money was hers to spend and to understand, she should "google" fia csna. I am googling it now and I still do not understand. PLEASE HELP US! |
