Hi Michael, I am not sure if you could get an FHA loan. I have heard of those but am unsure about how your credit score would effect it. I do know you would have to have a percentage down. How bad is your credit? Is there a way to simply work on rebuilding your score for a year or two before jumping into a home loan?
I would imagine with all the foreclosures a home loan with out having pretty good credit may be hard to get.
