Is this the Norm?

Richard is there a lot of letters coming from Chase on closing Credit Card account of Member of Washington Mutual. Just received a letter closing my account for the following reason.

1. Total available credit on bankcard is too low...Credit limit is 4,500 bal owed 3,600 just recently had to pay Dental Bill in the amount of 6,000.

2. Too many active Bankcard accounts I have 6 total with total outstanding bal of 8,000 that includes chase.

3.Too few accounts paid as agreed compared to total accounts. I have missed no payment and Washington Mutual in 2008 gave me the credit card and nothing has change since date of issue. I know that Chase took over Washington Mutual.

Disable Vet with monthly income of 4,500

Based on my information would this be above the norm?

Unfortunately army193 there is nothing you can do in this regard. They have the right to do so and yes Chase has been closing down a lot of accounts. We have quite a few members in our forums too whose accounts have been closed by Chase.

Maybe you could see thins link here
