Dear All, please help. I opened a Paypal account and needed to have it verified. I recieved the 4-digit Paypal code. Where do I enter the code as the "confirm my card" link is unavailable? Help!!! Please note that the instructions given in the Paypal help link are not working. When I follow those instructions they take me to the "add credit card" link which I have already done. I just need to enter the 4-digit code to confirm the card.

There must be some temporary problem with their site. Get in touch with their customer support.
