I have 10 creditors who are included in my Chapter 13 BK. The CB is reporting these creditors as individual negative accounts even though they have the recorded them as part of my chapter 13. Can they do this. I am making payments to my BK. These accounts should not be a negative record.
Yes dedime they can still show these accounts as negative but must show a balance of $0 against them.
How about the other information such as: Original Balance owed,
How many times the payment was late, Other information about the account besides the IIB?
