i am still in court with lvnv in Ga. I have done everything i can. But if they get their Judgement, i think they will put a lien on my house. Any one know how to stop this. This is not mine and i have tried to tell Sears and Lvnv. But i am fighting them in court.
The judge want even rule on my motions.

Hi vivian,

Since you say the debt isn't yours have you sent them a debt validation letter asking them to verify that it is yours. I would request a copy of the original contract sign by you. When sending the letter make sure to send it certified with receipt as proof they got it. I believe they have 30 days to send you proper verification. If they can not then I don't think you will have to worry about a judgment. Just make sure to take your proof to court.

UPDATE:
Was called 45min. before medation and was told i didn't need to come. Mr. Cooper was going to take them to court. They backed off.
If you have to deal with them he is the man to call.
