When filing bankruptcy, do I have to list every single debt I ever had even if they have fallen off of my credit report? If the debt has gone to a collection agency, do I just list the agency and not the original creditor?
No I don't think you have to list the ones that have fallen off your credit report. But for the ones that are in collection I would list both the collection agency and the original creditor to be on the safe side.
