credit reporting

I hold a private mortgage through my parents which is not being properly reported to credit bureaus. How can I get my 3 years of on time payments reported to help improve my credit?

I would contact the credit bureaus and ask why this is not showing. Also call the mortgage lender and ask this same question. They should be able to tell you why it is not showing. I do not believe they have to report but I may be wrong on that fact. Who is the primary borrower on the loan? If it is your parents then it may be getting reported on their credit report.

Not really sure if you can since they were the ones that lent you the money. Now if they would have co signed on a loan for you it would have been reported. Now if you ever need a loan you good get a written statement from your parents saying you have made your payments on time for 3 years that would surely help you in getting the loan.
