I have a 2nd mortg that has been charged off.. How soon should I expect the collection agency to start calling me? Can I offer small payments since I am broke or will they be nasty and want the full 90K? I want to satisfy the loan but can't afford much. maybe $200 a month.. What should I do?

When I got behind on my second mortgage they had sent me papers telling me they where ready to foreclose on my house. If I was you I would call and set something up with them before this happens.
