I need help with payday loans I've gotten into a situation where we get one to pay another. These fees are taking over half my paychecks every two weeks. I live in Ohio & my loans are from cash direct express & plain green loans. Anyone familiar with these and can offer some advice or help? I'm afraid of legal action be taken & I've heard of pdl being arrested for defaulting I cannot afford these anymore & I want out to give me & my family some peace of mind.

Both Cash Direct Express and Plain Green are illegal lenders. You owe them only the borrowed amount, nothing more than that. Don’t worry, they can’t take any legal action against you. debts are civil case, not a criminal offense. So you can’t get arrested for non-payment.
