I received a call from Audubon Financial on the behalf of Cash Net. I paid but now they won't send me a confirmation that I did. Every time I call and ask they give me excuses. What's should I do?

You shouldn't make any payments without a valid proof. I think they are scammers. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
These people could very well be scammers, so ask for proof first.
