I live in california and I am need need of help. I owe about a total of $1000 to these pdls. I am overdrawn with my bank and next week these pdls will put me more in debt to the point I can never recover( at least for a long time). I am willing to pay both principle and penalty fees but I need at least 3 months of time. What should I do? Can I call them on my own to make payment schedules? I am a ship sinking fast.

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them only the principal balance. No interest, no fees. Ask them for the refund, if you have overpaid them. Close down your bank account and open a new one.
