I owe about 3000.00 for a credit card but have no job right now and haven't for about 6 months. I can’t even afford bankruptcy. A credit card is suing me when they get a judgment can they take my house? I live in Alabama.

Once the court issues an order against you, the credit card company can place a lien on your property. So try to repay your debts asap. If possible set up a payment arrangement with them.
