Advance Me today decided to blow up my phone at work yesterday after I answered it. I told them I would only communicate through email and not to call my job again and hung up. They called non stop for the next 30 minutes. What action can I take? I am in an illegal PDL state (NC) and have well paid the principle.

Illegal lenders can’t take any legal action against you. Since they have violated the FDCPA laws, you should file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
