My wife has a medical bill on her credit report. The bill amount is $4562. This is supposed to be my bill. What should my wife do in this situation? I want to repay the bill. Should she dispute the bill or ask the credit bureau to delete the trade line from her credit report?

It would be better for your wife to dispute with the credit bureaus immediately. If she doesn’t owe this debt, then tell the credit bureaus to remove the inaccurate information from her credit report.

You will have to dispute this immediately with the credit bureaus. However, is your wife related to this debt in any way?
