I sent Nationwide an email and they never responded but now they are calling me. It's worrying me to death, they didn't accept my proposal. I borrowed 400.00 and have paid $315 in principal alone. I'm in NC...I don't want them to start calling my references. Someone HELP please. What should I do?
Payday loans are prohibited in NC. Hence, you're not supposed to pay them the interest rates. Send them a C&D letter.
All lenders in NC are illegal. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.
