What are the laws concerning inter-net payday loans in Pennsylvania? How can I found out if the companies I have loans with are licensed?

Payday lending is prohibited in Pennsylvania. That means all of your lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. In this case it would be better for you to close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
