I have received a letter for a hearing concerning my medical debt due to cancer treatment.I have attempted to repay but not with the consistency the creditor demands

You should present on the court hearing date. Explain the court about your financial difficulty. I hope the court will consider your condition.
# One you must go to the hearing Q did you have ins to pay some
of this debt if so take the paper work to court that show's how
much was paid. Next Show the court how much money per month
you have to live on. Take every thing you spend and need to live
on for the mo from underwear to house bill's. Do not say cig ,
beer money are we clear on this. Take medical proof of your,cancer
to show the court that this will be on going treatment ask for relief from the court . Tell the court this what i can pay per mo same
amount every mo. 50, 100, ormore Do it every mo on time
