I have gotten myself in deep with these payday loans and don't know what to do. A few months ago I had surgery and needed money so I saw one of those commercials on TV, bad mistake. It's getting to the point where I can no longer afford to pay the payments every week. I sent out ACH revocations to each of the companies and that seems to be getting nowhere because they are now calling saying they are taking me to court. They're not just calling me but my family and my sister-in-law's family, which I have no clue how they got her family's information. The companies I owe to are SGQ LTD, Canyon Creek, Vince Enterprises, Cash Web USA, United Cash Loans, Payday Max, Mobiloans, Great Plains Lending and West River Cash. I'm not sure what to do anymore. Any help is appreciated.

All of your lenders are illegal. You owe principal only. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.

Hi, I am new here and I have a serious and yet a very confusing situation about my credit report... 5 years ago, i lost my Job and I couldn''t pay any of my bills, the only thing that I had to make sure was to pay my car so I can drive my daughter to school and pick her up after. I was very low in cash, then my father passed away which also hit my 401K really bad because I had to withdraw all my money to pay for his cremation, service and other things, (my father did not have any insurance and he didn''t past here in the United states but in Asia). After all of that, I had to continue my search for a new job and deal with all the collection agencies... I signed up for a debt collection program to consolidate all my bills and pay $200 a month and the debt program will handle all of my bills and collection problems... After a year in a half of paying the debt collection agency, I called one of my creditors to verify the status of my account, there I found out that there has been no payment made from my Debt agency and no communications were ever made. when I called The debt Agency and explained what I found out. The Rep told me that I have to pay them first before they can pay my bills. I have made almost 3K that should have paid off a couple of my bills but now i''m a screwed! I have requested the debt agency to stop my contract and I will make my own payments to my creditors but it was too late... My accounts were charged off... I got a copy of my credit report and now its been two years that the debt has been charged off, can I request for these debts to be taken out or should i sent a letter to the CA and negotiate to close and stop collecting? Can someone please help me, I really dont know where to start here and I need to start fixing my credit. thank you everyone!')
