what happens if my plea is striken by the courts because i didn't file it correctly? I was served papers by an attorney and the court sent papers to plead to a credit matter. I sent the plea i the court and it was striken because it wasn't done right?

What did you put in it? Can you give some more information please?

My husband filled it out and just put no contest. It came back from the court saying it wasn't filled out right and was striken as not right. That was about the jest of it.

Hi hdianehook
Without consent no claim is valid and so it has been rejected. What I think is that, you need to do is to file another plea with the court and you will be getting a hearing date after that. Can you tell me what was the plea for, so that we can try to help you out in this forum.
