I have been avoiding calls from a debt collection agency. I can’t pay off the debt. What will I possibly say to the collection agency? Now the CA has called my mother and told her everything. My mother is panicking after hearing everything. Can the CA do this? I am very upset.

No they can’t do that. They have violated the FDCPA laws. File a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC immediately.
