I have three different pay day loans in Pennsylvania.
White Hills Cash
Payday Mobility
Blue Star Results
Are any of these legal in my state or should I follow your process for getting rid of them. I have paid them each about 70 to 90 dollars for about two months straight every two weeks but I was under the impression that was a fee and not actually paid on the principal. Is there something that can be done? Please help!

Payday lending is prohibited in Pennsylvania. All of the lenders in your state are illegal. You are required to pay them only the principal balance. No interest, no fees. It would be better for you to close down your old bank account asap and open a new one. Ask them for a refund, if you have overpaid them.
