During a subsequently dismissed Chapter 13 my vehicle was charged off. I have title but it is in my name and the lien holders name. Changing insurance companies and was told by agent (according to records they could find) that I owned it outright. Can I get title in my name only in Missouri
If what your agent is saying is true, then you shouldn’t have any problem in changing your insurance company. However if it’s not true, then you will have to get in touch with the other title holder of your car and work out a proper solution accordingly.
I think what the insurance agent is saying is true. Simply get in touch with the title holder of the car and hopefully the problem will be solved.

I am able to get new insurance. Just want to know if I can get title reassigned to me. Wells Fargo is lein holder.
