Well, this is 2013 and I live in California and is a victim of one click cash. Does anyone know if this information given above still applies today? I am in disparate need of assistance with this matter. Please post any current information that I can use against one click cash. Morally, I want to pay the amount borrowed, however, no more. What steps can I take?

One Click Cash is an illegal lender. You owe nothing more than the principal. No interest, no fees. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one. If you have paid them more than principal, then simply ask them for the refund.
