I have four payday loans. One with Cash Today, one with one click cash, fast cash and the other I can't remember. They all want their money and want it now. It's been since 2011 since I took these stupid loans. I feel so stupid and alone. I've been told not to pay them at all and report them. I've told them to send it all to collections but they won't. What do I do. I live in Connecticut and need help now. I want them off my back.

if they call hang up without a word.if they leave a message on your VM delete it.if they email delete it.btw if they debited four times each lender you most likely paid them so if you reported them ignore them.you are under no obligation to acknowledge these mopes at all.again since 2011 if they each took four debits they are paid as no loan is legal so again ignore as much as posible as all they can do is call and annoy.if you ignore they will go away in time.trust me on that.

Payday lending is prohibited in Connecticut. That means all lenders in your state are illegal. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry, they can’t do anything.

Demand a refund if you've over paid them. Don't share any personal information with them.

Don't delete the VM or your caller ID log. Look into TCPA. They are most likely that they are violating TCPA and if so you can sue them and get $$ for each violation.

Learn about TCPA ASAP. One source is whatliesinyourdebt dot com but they are not the only source.
