I have a large amount of credit card debt that I am repaying with monthly payments. I am looking for the correct solution to resolve this debt. Do I consolidate it or go through debt counselling to settle it? What is the best solution?

Both consolidation and settlement will hurt your credit score. It will be better for you to repay your debts on your own. Try to negotiate with them and set up a payment arrangement with them.
