I have a open loan with Plain Green and I have paid bi-weekly payments of $126.74. My financial situation has changed and I can't afford paying that much every other week so I called them and asked if we could work out a more suitable payment plan and they said flat out no. At this point what are my options? Are these loans even legal in Michigan?

Not at all. Plain Green is an illegal lender all over the state of US. You owe them nothing more than the principal. Just close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don't pay them any interest or fees.
Plain Green is illegal so don't bother.
