I need help finding who to pay a judgement to, it shows up on my husbands credit and the bank it shows can't find anything under his SSN. I have a copy of Judgement and it only lists the bank's name and no other info. We need to pay this in order to get a house, help!

What you can do is visit the court where the judgment was passed, and request the court clerk to provide you with the details of the judgment. Talk about your problem clearly, and mention that you are willing to pay the judgment amount. However, don't ever mention that you are going to buy a house.

Hello, A lot of courts have a place where you can go on and access a computer. On these computers that are set up for public use you can enter your husbands name and pull up this info. I would also ask other questions while there and also go to the bank and ask what is going on. Does your husband have any idea what this judgment is?
