Any time you are dealing with an unfamiliar company it is always best to go to BBB and check them out. Its a way to sort out the good companies from the bad.

I almost always go there and check out the companies reputation when I start to deal with them, the better business bureau has all types of information on there about the company to include all the consumer complaints that they have investigated and the results of them.
