Any time you are dealing with an unfamiliar company it is always best to go to BBB and check them out. Its a way to sort out the good companies from the bad.

I almost always go there and check out the companies reputation when I start to deal with them, the better business bureau has all types of information on there about the company to include all the consumer complaints that they have investigated and the results of them.

You said that you have an open account with Wells fargo Financial. This means that at some point of time you must have taken a loan from Wells Fargo and you have not fully repaid it. However, If you are sure that you do not owe anything to this company, you may dispute the listing directly with the credit bureaus. You may also call Wells Fargo Financial at
