why is it so hard to be electronically smart? All I want to do is pay my bill online. Ever since they "sold" our names, I've been screwed! If the idiots can't even tell us HOW to pay, why should we pay? I've always been a good customer, but without my consent, I've been sent to India, to people who can't speak english when I finally get someone, Brother!!!!!!!!Just tell us how, or send out simplified directions as to how. Just anything!!

Hi ricki,

You need to open an online checking account with the credit card company you are dealing with. Send a mail requesting your credit card company to send the details of the sing-up sheet for checking account. After you get that, open a checking account by mailing a check of your existing bank account along with the sign up form.

Now visit the company's website and sign up for a password. This will let you conduct transactions online. Use the password to access the checking account you have created. After logging in, transfer money from your checking account to the credit card account. Check the details carefully and after the transaction, update your checkbook. After you have completed this, just ensure that this online transaction appears on your next credit card statement.

Hi,

It is not safe to make online payments. You can rather send your payment through certified mail, requesting a return receipt (CMRRR). Trough CMRRR you will be able to know whether or not the card company received the payment.

Thanks,

Aaron
